The first session is for listening. You share what's brought you here, where you come from, what your body is carrying. No practice, no fixing. Just space to be understood before anything else moves.

The second session is where we shape what comes next. Based on what you shared, we plan the practices, pacing, and shape of the work ahead. Whether that's breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, or something quieter, the path is built around you.

From here we meet on a rhythm that fits your life. Sessions can include conscious breathwork, nervous system resets, awareness practices, inner work, or guided meditations. Whatever your situation actually needs. We adjust as you grow.

About Pal

Pal is a breathwork facilitator focused on nervous system healing, awareness, and the slow patient work of coming home to yourself. Her practice draws from somatic experiencing, breath traditions across cultures, and a deep belief that the body keeps a wiser score than we give it credit for.

What started as a personal unraveling has become a quiet space online where thousands of people are remembering how to feel.
